The Ann Arbor Mile will be held to celebrate the start of the 2015 Ann Arbor Street Art Fair. The goal of the race is three-fold. First, to host an all inclusive 1 Mile run that kicks off the Ann Arbor Art Fair and the Townie Party, second to bring together some of the nations top elite runners from across the country to compete for $3000 in cash awards in the elite division and third to to see who has the fastest company in Michigan in the corporate challenge.

The Post-Race Party will take place at the Townie Street Party located on The University of Michigan’s Ingalls Mall, located on East Washington Street between Thayer and Fletcher.

The Ann Arbor Mile is also a Bring Back the Mile Featured Event, showcasing the best Miles across America and throughout the year. Go Ann Arbor Mile!

to inspire Americans to run the Mile as part of their fitness program and to replace the 1600 meters at High School State Track & Field Meets across the country.
