Austin TC Launches Open Mile Training Program

Need a break from marathon training? Looking to put your endurance to good use, but without having to “endure” quite so many Miles? Come train with the Austin Track Club, Austin’s only middle-distance training program, to find out how fast you can run the classic race: the Mile.
Our coaches will take you through the workouts, drills and strength exercises that you need to get quick legs, a powerful stride and a strong finishing kick. Workouts will be twice a week, plus long runs with the Austin Track Club on Sunday. Each training program is built for you to run your fastest Mile at one of the Mile City Series races.
