High School Milers Have Something on the Line at Dartmouth Relays

HANOVER, N.H. - It was announced today that the winners of both the boys' and girls' Mile at the upcoming 44th Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 11-13) will automatically qualify for a spot in the Invitational High School Miles at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in Boston.

The New Balance event will be held on Feb. 2 at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston. The meet is the city's largest annual track event, televised nationally and features Olympic champions as well as some of the top track athletes in the United States and from around the world.

The winners of the seeded sections of both the high school boys' and girls' races in Hanover will automatically earn a spot in the Invitational High School Miles in Boston come February.

The Dartmouth Relays are held inside Leverone Field House starting Friday, Jan. 11 and will continue through to Sunday, Jan. 13. Check back with DartmouthSports.com for continuing updates on the Dartmouth Relays.
