Leo Manzano on Competitor Radio

November 08, 2012

Leo Manzano came to the U.S. from Mexico when he was just four years old. During some of the first running races he wore hiking boots and long pants. Leo has definitely come a long way. This past summer he became the first American to medal at the Olympic 1500 since Jim Ryun back in 1968 when he took home the silver. Leo has an awesome personality that comes through even over the phone.
