Brand-new sub-4 Miler Matthew Maton joins the podcast to discuss his historic performance over the weekend, where he became the sixth high schooler to run under 4 minutes. His 3:59.38 ranks him as the 3rd fastest U.S. HS boy all-time, behind only Alan Webb and Jim Ryun.
