Taryn Rawlings, in August 2024, won the Monument Mile Classic in Scotland, running a meet record of 4:27.91.

In 2023, she won the inaugural adidas Running City Mile, clocking 4:40.11 in Atlanta.

Rawlings won the 2022 Sunset Tour Mile in a track personal record of 4:24.95, and later in July, she finished second at the Guardian Mile, clocking a swift 4:21 (4:20.57) on the roads. In December, she ended her season at the Kalakaua Merrie Mile, finishing third (4:28).

In July 2021, Taryn won Sunset Tour Mile in 4:28.93, her first sub-4:30 (#85 U.S. woman).

Rawlings was a 5-time All-American at the University of Portland.

At Wilsonville High School, she won three Oregon state track titles, 800 meters twice and 1500 meters.
