In his final season of high school track, the West Virginia standout hopes to join an elite group

Running Times correspondent Joel Wolpert follows West Virginia senior Jacob Burcham as he trains for his final season of high school track. In "Horses+Fire" we see that Burcham has set PRs in the Mile every year, and he ended 2012 with a 4:02.73. Will Burcham join the short list of high school athletes who have broken 4?
