Haron Lagat - My Best Race Ever

Texas Tech Raider Alumni, Haron Lagat, caught up with Bring Back the Mile after the Carlsbad 5000 to share his favorite racing story. In February 2008, Lagat became the first Raider to break four minutes in the Mile.

Lagat hold personal best of 8:15.80 in the 3000 SC, 13:30.58 in the 5000m and 28:05.23 at 10,000m.
